Senior Sales Operations Analyst - International
You will act as a business partner to the sales organisation across the International region, encompassing the key elements associated with a sales business - pipeline management, sales discipline, key performance indicators, analytics, platforms and process.
Working closely with EMEA Sales and Marketing leaders, the Sales Operations Analyst reports into the SVP International and will work closely with the Finance Director International. The roles objective is to provide subject matter expertise to our global business, strengthening company performance, maintaining global consistencies and continuously increasing sales efficiency.

Key Requirements include:
Leading and enhancing the sales process through use of CRM tool.
Drive a disciplined approach, curating a meaningful sales pipeline and monthly forecast.
Deploying a sales analytics framework in order to provide real-time business insights to the senior management team, acting both as business analyst and as ambassador of the company data-driven culture.
Provide detailed analysis on sales performance, key metrics and KPIs
Provide Sales Policy guidance to sales team.
Assist with quotes and orders.
Provide reports and analysis to sales management (pipeline reporting, lead reporting).
Review and edit sales contracts within defined guidelines.
Manage Deal Registration process, including sales team contributions.
Provide month/quarter end support to ensure deals are booked. Collaborate with other business partners and departments such as Finance, Marketing & Product Management.
Consistent experience in ensuring that business and sales needs are properly interpreted and translated into consistent processes and workflows.
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of CRM tools is highly advantageous.
Strong capability to influence, coach and mentor both peers and executives across multiple cultures, seniority and maturity levels.
Bachelor's Degree holder
3 Years experience in Sales Operations and/or Finance
Experience with CRM/SFA
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
