Marketing Programs Manager- North America

Autotask is looking for a highly organized, results-driven Marketing Programs Manager to lead all aspects of the lead and demand generation activities across North America. You will be planning, budgeting, overseeing the execution and measuring integrated multichannel marketing programs that support new customer acquisition as well as existing customer growth.

The role interacts closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Digital, MarComm, Content and Channel Marketing teams. This individual will report to the Director, Global Marketing Programs & Demand Generation. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Budget

  • Create strategic and tactical plans for lead generation including appropriate channels, budget allocation and expected return
  • Aggregate marketing data for assigned territories to track performance and trends
  • Builds lead gen and spending forecasts by territory
  • Maintain plans and KPIs including cost per lead, return on marketing investment and payback rates

Content Development and Programs Support

  • Work with teams to develop content to support various marketing activities including email campaigns, online campaigns, webinars and event materials
  • Manage online content via CMS, Google AdWords and Social media platforms for demand generation and/or manages agency resources to execute the same
  • Work to plan, execute and promote events for assigned territory
  • Provide webinar production support to include WebEx management, recording and post-production of assets
  • Work with various teams to standardize and train sales on content delivery
  • Provide market intelligence in respect to messaging specifically for the IT space in assigned territory

Sales Support

  • Help identify both green field and whitespace sales opportunities in the market
  • Assist in the development, localization, maintenance, updates & distribution of marketing materials and sales tools across geographies
  • Collect, organize and present sales team feedback on enablement tools to director for consideration
  • Develop and maintain distributor and partner network information and associated marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in marketing, technology related field preferred
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
  • Extremely proactive, with excellent follow-through
  • Minimum intermediate knowledge of standard marketing tools, i.e., marketing automation (preferably Marketo), CRM, online meeting platforms
