With our recent Autotask-Datto merger announcement we expect hypergrowth and now need a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in people’s lives. We need a match maker that can find and attract top talent with outstanding opportunities within our organization. An ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing high volume recruitment, and possess the skills to support and influence our global recruitment strategy. Our Talent Acquisition Business Partners are responsible for a variety of duties associated with full-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, administering pre-employment assessments, interviewing, and closing. The Talent Acquisition team represents the organization as an employer in the community, colleges, and beyond. The right candidate for this position will be a motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a high level of integrity.


  • Partnering with hiring managers throughout our organization to establish a recruiting strategy with realistic expectations
  • Sourcing, recruiting and hiring for a wide range of skill sets
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to tap into university talent pools
  • Utilizing a variety of social media channels to attract talent
  • Develop exciting ads from current job descriptions to attract desired candidates
  • Drive and manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding of candidates
  • Think creatively about recruiting processes and procedures to help maintain a talent pipeline which will support our growth over the coming years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and closing qualified candidates
  • Develop recruiting materials and strategies that ensure successful searches
  • Provide excellent candidate and employee customer service


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years’ equivalent business experience
  • Must have knowledge of full life cycle recruiting
  • Must have knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EE OC and OFCCP.
  • Knowledge of various functions ( sales, marketing, engineering, information systems, etc.) within an organization and the challenges of filling positions within those departments
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential material
