This recruiter collaborates with leaders and managers of the organization to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and to deliver the best talent. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going relationships with the hiring managers. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the full talent acquisition process, leveraging industry best practices for a variety 
    of positions 
  • Execute the recruitment strategy by identifying and sourcing the appropriate talent for 
    open positions (emphasis on Software Engineering, DevOps, Product Engineering, QA, 
    Marketing, and Sales) which may include phone screening, interviewing, offer 
    development and negotiation, and closing/offer acceptance 
  • Post positions to appropriate external recruitment sources/tools 
  • Use both social and professional networking sites to identify and source qualified 
  • Create target list of companies and candidates 
  • Thoroughly analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and 
    job openings 
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system 
  • Coordinate and confirm interviews 
  • Interview prospective candidates (via phone, Skype, or in person) and educate candidates 
    on company process 
  • Attend career/college fairs, industry meet ups, hackathons, networking events, etc. 
  • Keep aware of market trends and track competitive practices 
  • Work with the Director of Recruiting and Management on the creation of status reports 
    and tracking success metrics

Qualifications and Skill Requirement:

  • 3+ years of agency recruiting experience required
  • 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience preferred
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience required
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience direct sourcing/recruiting for technical roles at a growing technology company or technical recruiting firm
  • Must possess an understand of emerging technologies and ATS platforms
  • Must have excellent level of accuracy and detail-orientation
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • A team player
  • Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to foster relationships with candidates
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Availability for local and regional travel
