Matthé Smit
Director of Product Management, Autotask Endpoint Management
As director of Product Management, Matthé is responsible for the strategic management and execution of the AEM product roadmap.

Prior to Autotask, he helped hundreds of IT services organizations and resellers make the transition to the Managed Services model. Matthé has an extensive and accomplished IT background with more than 15 years of Information Technology experience. 
Mark Banfield
SVP and General Manager, International
Mark is adept at managing highly successful sales and product marketing teams and motivating them to go above and beyond. Under Mark’s leadership, Autotask’s international business has grown by more than 140% in less than two years time.

Prior to Autotask, Mark served as Managing Director, EMEA for InfoPath Corporation, a mobile device management software provider. He was also Sales Director for EMEA at SmartTrust (now Giesecke & Devrient), where he ran the European business providing business and operational support systems for Tier 1 Telecommunications Operators.

Mark attended University College London, Kingston University and London Business School.

Christian Nagele
Christian Nagele, General Manager RMM Global for Autotask is responsible for building the Autotask brand in international markets. Christian is the former CEO of CentraStage, Ltd. where he successfully launched and established CentraStage as an industry leading, SaaS-based endpoint management solution.
Matt Takhar
Director of Global Product Management

Matt joined Autotask in 2015 after working for a large IT Service Provider for 8 years. During his time there Matt implemented Autotask and managed a number of departments giving him great rounded experience of running and managing an ITSP.

Matt initially lead our Consultancy team where he used his experience of working for an ITSP along with his knowledge of the Autotask product suit to offer expertise to our clients.

Matt now works with our Product Management department initially focused on the operational side of product planning across all three product organisations – managing our SDLC (software development lifecycle) along with Engineering, directing our product planning activities and process architecture, and ensuring alignment across the business for unification initiatives.
