FLEXspend for Datto Backup
Datto’s revolutionary FLEXspend program has been available since last October, allowing you to flexibly reassign backup spend within the Datto backup universe. This program enables you to easily move backup investments as data moves — from on-premises to the cloud and everywhere in between.
Month-to-month subscription options
We’re reintroducing “month-to-month subscriptions” tailored to suit your needs. You can opt for these subscriptions both when renewing after your initial term ends and for any new month-to-month purchases. Please contact your Account Managers to take advantage of these options.
New features and modules unveiled
Our product team took the stage to discuss the new features and modules that have been added to our BCDR and backup solutions based on your suggestions. The emphasis was not just on the “what” but the “why” behind our roadmap decisions, offering insights into our strategic direction and how it aligns with the evolving needs of MSPs.
Enhanced 1-Click Disaster Recovery capabilities
Datto’s groundbreaking 1-Click DR feature simplifies disaster recovery, transforming it into a quick and effortless process. This cutting-edge capability enables MSP technicians to clone virtual machines and network setups from earlier successful DR tests, bypassing the laborious and complicated manual configuration processes. Now, we are introducing the ability to launch multiple virtual machines in just one click to significantly reduce the complexity and time required to recover from data loss incidents, ensuring business continuity with minimal disruption.
Unified backup experience
Our MSP partners currently view backup modules on several Status pages within the Datto Partner Portal. The new Unified Backup Status page, available now in the Datto Portal, enables you to manage all your Datto backup solutions in a unified page combined by organization — showing all modules in one place.
New workflow integrations
The webinar showcased our new workflow integrations with popular MSP tools such as AudIT, IT Glue and ID Agent. These integrations are aimed at simplifying the day-to-day operations of MSPs, enabling seamless data management and fostering a more integrated ecosystem for MSP business operations.
